NOTE:
1. The Online Application form is Fifteen Thousand Naira only (₦15,000). 
2. Result verification for each O'Level result to be included in the form cost Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only (₦7,500) and in the event that an applicant will need to use two O'Level results, such a candidate will pay Fifteen Thousand Naira for Result Verification (₦15,000).

BREAKDOWN:
1. Application Form + One O'Level verification (₦15000 + ₦7,500 = ₦22,500)
2. Application Form + Two O'Level verification (₦15000 + ₦15,000 = ₦30,000)
